postinst-mk is a private social media publishing and community management application used by authorized account owners and administrators to manage publishing, media, comments, replies, messages, webhooks and related workflows for connected Instagram, Facebook Page and Threads accounts.

Data we process

When an authorized user connects Meta products and grants permissions, postinst-mk may process account identifiers, usernames, page identifiers, Instagram Business Account identifiers, Threads user identifiers, profile metadata, access tokens, granted scopes, media identifiers, post identifiers, comment/reply identifiers, comment text, reply text, message metadata, webhook payloads, publishing logs, error logs and diagnostics.

How we use data

postinst-mk uses data only to provide the requested owner-controlled functions:

• connect Instagram, Facebook Page and Threads accounts;
• publish and schedule posts, photos, videos, reels, stories and carousels where supported by the platform APIs;
• read comments and replies on content owned by the connected account;
• send public replies or private replies where supported by Meta APIs and configured by the owner;
• process webhook events for comments, replies, messages and delete events;
• store publication statuses, lead-magnet events, troubleshooting logs and audit diagnostics.

Meta permissions and usage

Instagram permissions are used to publish content, read and manage comments, receive webhooks and send private replies where the account owner configured a response to an exact keyword.

Facebook Page permissions are used to publish content to owned Pages, read and manage comments on owned Page content, receive Page webhooks and send private replies to users who commented on owned Page content where supported by Meta APIs.

Threads permissions are used to publish posts, read replies to owned Threads posts, receive reply/delete webhooks and post owner-configured public replies. Threads private messaging is not used because the public Threads API does not provide a direct-message lead-magnet flow.

Sharing and selling data

We do not sell personal data. We do not use data received from Meta APIs for advertising profiling. We do not provide Meta user data to data brokers. Access tokens and sensitive integration data are stored server-side and protected by application encryption mechanisms. Public compliance pages do not expose access tokens or private account data.

Data deletion and deauthorization

Users can disconnect postinst-mk in Meta, Instagram, Facebook or Threads settings, or request deletion of stored integration data. See Data Deletion.

Данные используются только для функций системы: подключение аккаунтов, публикация и отложенная публикация, обработка медиа, синхронизация комментариев и ответов, лид-магниты по точному ключевому слову, webhook-маршрутизация, безопасность и диагностика.

Мы не продаём персональные данные. Токены и чувствительные данные хранятся на сервере и защищаются механизмами шифрования приложения.
